Lee Perry - Dub The Music b/w Finger Mash

Lee 'Scratch' Perry, the famous Jamaican record producer who recorded the likes of Bob Marley and the Wailers, Max Romeo, U-Roy and countless others released this difficult-to-find single in 1974. Lee Perry is mostly known for his eccentric and zany demeanor when interviewed. In his more than 40 years in the recording business he has released hundreds of singles and LP's and produced many Jamaican as well as British artists. His creative genius in the studio has made his records unique amongst other dub/reggae recordings using homemade as well as electronic effects.
There are many online resources about Lee including his official myspace page (an unofficial, unendorsed Lee Perry myspace page has been removed recenty) and his official website still under construction.

A note about the record: This 45 has two different catalogue numbers. A-side: ML-4421; B-side: ML-4422. Many of Lee's discs have the same system. The deadwax matrices contain the same numbers.
